►A: It can print almost all kinds of materials like metal, wood, acrylic, glass, plastics, ceramics, etc.
2. Q: What products can print on using UV printer?
►A: You can print on golf ball, phone case, oil painting, CD, etc.
3. Q: How about maintenance of the UV printer?
►A: About maintenance,we suggest to power on the printer once a day. If you don’t use the printer more
than 2 days,
please do the 'check' first to see whether it can print well. Do the 'check' several times is needed sometimes
to get better
printing
effect. We do not suggest to use cleaning liquid often frequently since it will easily damage
the print head, thereby
affecting
the life of the print head.
4. Q: What's the lifting height of this printer?
►A: The lifting height is about 120mm.
5. Q: Does the printer come with the user manual?
►A: Yes, we will send you the manual or you can contact us to help you to operate.
6. Q: What's the warranty of the printer?
►A: The goods are guaranteed for one year, from date of sale, man-made damaged is not covered
by the warranty.
Please note that print head is not covered by warranty also.
7. Q: What colors of ink does the machine come with?
►A: Black, white, red, blue and yellow will be included.
8. Q: What is the voltage of the printer? Can I use it with 110V voltage?
►A: The printer is 110V AC required so you can use with 110V voltage, no converter required.
9. Q: Can the UV printer print emboss 3D effect?
►A: Yes, our UV printer can print 3D emboss effect.
