18 gallon stainless mixing kettle Lightnin mixer , Sartorius , Allen Bradley

Description

(one) Jacketed mixing tank , Precision Stainless , 18 gallon , 12” i.d. , 36” height inside , jacket rated 150 psi @ 360f , -20f @ 150 psi , New in 2001 . Jacket port has Reotemp digital temperature indicator , Lightnin Vektor direct drive mixer , model V1Q55N , ¾ hp , 230/460 vac , 1140 rpm , Allen Bradley controls , including 20AD2P1C3 AYNNNCO VFD , 1” diameter shaft has (4) sets of impeller , inside of vessel has (4) baffle bars . Entire tank structure is mounted on (3) Sartorius 200kg load cells , PR6211/22 D1 with Sartorius Combics 1 digital scale head . The scale powers up and indicates -0- , but a spacer is missing that sits on top of one load cell and the cable to this load cell has been disconnected from the Sartorius junction box . We do not know why this is. Vessel top has a (2) piece solid lit (pictured) and a (2) piece hinged mesh lid (not pictured) . Also wired into the controls is a sanitary mount tank light , 1 ½” tri-clamp , Papenmeier , USL33LED (but there is no mounting spot on the (2) lids that we have). Entire structure is mounted on a stainless steel frame with (4) heavy duty casters , (2) swivel locks) .
