    Description

    Antique 1920's - 1930's light beige cap, hat or tam, hand crocheted  in a swirl pattern with a "button" on the top, measures 9" diameter across the top, with a 3" band, and a circumference of 21" around the head opening.  The fabric is a tiny round silky looking fine thread and the workmanship is intricate & excellent.  Cap is clean with a few very light age related tan spots on the edge bad and a few that are faint on the top (pictured) and there is a 1" area on the inner band that has loosened and should have a  stitch repair. A gorgeous old piece likely made for a child or a small adult head, great for an antique doll also.  Please see all pictures to complete the description.  Buyer pays shipping.   26021
