Blue Czech Glass w Enamel white and blue accents Art Deco Antique Filigree Necklace & Earrings Max Neiger.
Gorgeous pieces. Not sure what the metal is. Maybe gold or brass over copper? The screwback area on the earrings are marked 1/20 12k g.f.on Ster. While the pieces seem to be in beautiful condition to me  im not an expert. The glass does have some tiny chips no msjor cracks or big gouges. The enamel is missing on 1 piece(see pic) also some enamel has a pinkish cast. The chain link seems to have some replaced links as they are different colors.
