Balancing farmhouse style with casual living, the versatile Casablanca Utopian 52-Inch Ceiling Fan is ideally suited for humid environments. This 4-speed ceiling fan comes with a light kit and wall control.
Smooth contours and simple lines provide a clean, progressive look that enhances decor without distraction. For bathrooms, kitchens, and verandas, the Utopian is the perfect choice. This indoor ceiling fan features an antique halifax finish on each of its 5 blades and a brushed nickle finish on the motor housing.
The Utopian ceiling fan spins at 4 speeds to keep you comfortable inside your home. With an included wall control, you can adjust the speed and light levels right from your wall switch. The reversible motor lets you change the fan from the cooling downdraft mode in the summer to the warming updraft mode which helps circulate trapped warm air near the ceiling in the winter.
This ceiling fan with light features contemporary style that looks great in any home. The light kit includes a bowl light with frosted white glass. You'll get (3) 60-watt, dimmable incandescent light bulbs too so you can light up the room right after installation.
Customize the ceiling fan's distance from your ceiling with the included 2-inch and 3-inch downrods. The Installer's Choice 3-position mounting system also allows you to mount this ceiling fan in standard, low, and angled positions so you get the custom cooling your home needs.
