Casablanca W-12 Inteli-Touch Ceiling Fan Wall Control Switch W11 InteliTouch

Excellent condition Casablanca W-12 3-Way Inteli-Touch ceiling fan wall control in 100% working condition! This control was sold with Casablanca Inteli-Touch fans (model # ending in "T") manufactured from  1984-1993. It can be installed with another W12 control in a 3-way circuit, or independently. It is a direct replacement for the W11 wall control. I have fully tested this control with multiple different era fans and found it to be in perfect operating condition. All of the switches move freely, click back into position and operate as intended. See pictures for condition, they are of the actual switch you will receive.
PLEASE NOTE: I have had several customers purchase control switches from me and try to return them as defective,
when the problem was actually the InteliTouch circuit board inside of their fan
