Open
the valve
at the end of the mat
Leave it
for 3-5 minutes (It will take hours to inflate totally for the first use)
Wait until
the mat be fully inflated
Close the valve
at the end of the mat
Open gas
tap on the pillow and blow to your desire thickness while pinching the bottom of gas tap into an eclipse shape
Close the tap

Close the tap

Matters Needing Attention
*As the sleeping pad is folded in compressive package, the sponge needs a few hours to recover its shape for the first use, and you need to spread the pad, unscrew the valve and screw it up until the pad inflates totally. Fold the pad repeatedly, then unscrew the valve again to let it continually inflate automatically. *The pillow needs to be blown artificially.
