Hard to beat the price and still have a fan that looks as good as this one does. A few issues with installation: the housing for the lighting wiring is way too small, making it extraordinarily difficult to get everything in there and lined up properly, especially considering that the screws to hold it in place are the tiniest in the set. Also, make sure you have an extra wire connection cap on hand; for reasons I cannot fathom, they only include 3 instead of 4, so if you have separate hot wires for the fan and light, you will be one short. Really, have one just in case, even if you only have one switch. I do, but I still had separate wires. Finally, the light bulb included is laughably dim, so have another on hand unless you want permanent mood lighting.
I will recommend this 52in led hugger ceiling fan to everyone best ever and at a good price.

Very nice for the price. I installed 2 of these and am happy with them. The motor looks kind of small but it moves air fine and is super quiet. The fan blade arms seem kind of light i'm not sure how they will hold up over time but I'm sure they're fine. Like someone said earlier: make sure your wires are tucked up close to the mounting bracket when you wire it up or it WILL rub on the fan motor and that could be potentially dangerous if it wears through the wires (you will hear it rubbing if you turn it on or turn it by hand a few times after screwing the motor to the bracket) a couple zip ties may be handy for this. I had to take one back apart in order to remedy the wire situation myself... so do yourself a favor and get it right during install so you don't have to take it back down. Overall though I can't complain for ... nice fan!

Put this one is the Master BR. Highly recommend. Had one issue with it as it was super noisy on initial install. Tore it back apart and found one of the wire nuts was hitting the fan unit. Back together and it is super quiet.

When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it.
