Lightnin Agitator Mixer 3 HP Model NLDG-300 Flange Mount Lindberg Furnace

Description

Used  'LIGHTNIN'   industrial flange mount type mixer/agitator.  Model # NLDG-300.   3 HP  gear reduction propellor & shaft.  Prop is 3 blade measuring 15" diameter.  The intermediate steel mounting flange is 1/2" thick, 18" x 18" with mounting holes.

Height of mixer above mount flange ;  29"
Overall height of complete ass'y;   58"
Motor;  3 HP,  1750 RPM, 208-220/440 Volt  3 PH    4.3 amps on 440 V.
This mixer was removed from the oil quench tank on a Lindberg Pacemaker integral oil quench heat treating furnace and may fit other model furnaces or liquid reservoirs.
Mixer tested on 460 volts and runs perfectly.
