You are  bidding on a 38mm Nikon Microscope Phototube with corrective tube for  APS-C Sensor size or smaller to NEX bayonet mount for Sony NEX  Mirrorless Interchangeable Lense Cameras (MILC). The Adapter uses a  Standard ISO 38mm (1.5 inch) diameter insertion end to phototube on  microscope.
This is the piece you are  bidding on fully assembled. From left to right. A Sony NEX  bayonet E mount, extension tube, and an ISO 38 mm adapter.
The device is designed to insert into  any  Microscope which contains a 38mm photoport (right side of  picture) . The opposite side contains a corrective extension  tube to eliminate  picture framing for camera sensor size APS-C  or smaller, ending with the bayonet E mount for Sony NEX series  cameras.

are shown below. Also,  the adapter can be used on the microscopes listed below.
All parts assembled on a Sony  NEX which usean APS-C Sensor.

This is a picture  of a Sony alpha NEX Series camera  with the lens removed to show  the E mount used on all NEX Series which is a three lug bayonet  style mount.
The  Sony NEX cameras used for all NEX Series mirrorless cameras and  camcorders such as the Sony Alpha NEX-3, NEX-C3, NEX-5, NEX-5N,  NEX-5r, NEX-7, Sony Handycam NEX-VG10, NEX-VG20, NEX- FS700,  NEX-F3, A5000, A6000.   The list increases all the time so Email  me if your camera is acceptable.

alpha  which use the "E" mount. Such as NEX 3, C3, F3, 3N, 5, 5N, 5R,  6, 7. α-3000, 3500, 5000, 5100, 6000, and ILCE-3000, 5000 etc.  If your not sure tell me your make and model.  Please note that  FULL FRAME camera sensors are too large for this application.
