Restored Vintage Casablanca Ceiling Fan Delta II Bright Brass 50" Made in USA!

Description

Fully restored Vintage Casablanca Delta II 3-speed reversible 4 or 5 blade ceiling fan, in the Polished (bright) Brass finish. The fan comes with 5 medium-color Oak blades and spans 50". This fan was manufactured March of 1988, right here in the USA and features the legendary Emerson K55 motor.
I have personally refurbished this fan to like-new condition by installing new bearings in the motor and a brand new flywheel. I have also replaced the brittle paper vent screens with new fiberglass screen in the top and bottom of the motor and stripped and recoated the switchcap with a fresh gloss clearcoat finish. With the services performed, it is ready to provide many years of reliable service to the new owner!
I have completely disassembled, cleaned, reassembled, hung and tested this fan to ensure it operates perfectly. The motor operates silently and the fan is in balance. The fan is in very good physical condition with no notable blemishes aside from a small area of slight patina/aging of the finish, primarily on the top of the motor. Blades are in very good condition on both sides with no notable blemishes, please refer to pictures for condition. All mounting hardware is included. Fan comes with a standard 3" down-rod. If needed, I can provide up to a 24" down-rod at no additional cost or a longer than 24" down-rod for only the additional shipping charge. Please let me know if you would like a different down-rod after purchasing the fan.
