U.S.A. Made Casablanca Panama 5 Inteli-Touch Ceiling Fan

What you are looking at here is a beautifully refurbished 50" Casablanca Panama 5 Inteli-Touch ceiling fan in antique brass finish and has been
paired with a set of
Brazilian
mahogany fan blades. This particular unit was manufactured on January 28, 1991 right here in the U.S.A. Like most items I list, this model has been fully
refurbished
to like new condition. Like every high quality fan, lets start with the motor. I
disassemble all parts that make u the exterior of the motor including the motor itself to get to the motor bearings. Though even after 30 years they were quiet, I still replace the bearings to ensure they can provide another 30 years of quiet, care free use. After cleaning any dirt and debris that's accumulated over the years, its time to re-assemble the motor and install the flywheel. the flywheel shows no signs of warping or fatigue so I re-installed it. Next ill either re-glue or replace the exterior motor housing vent screens. in this case since they re still in great shape I re-glued them. Once all the motor components have been polished I reassemble and install the fan for testing. I then confirmed that the fan runs silently, wobble free, and otherwise operates as it should.
Overall everything is in great shape. Motor housing, mounting bracket, and 4/5 blade brackets are almost perfect. One blade bracket does show a little tarnishing. W-32 wall controller is also in great shape with the Casablanca insignia still clearly present.  Blades on the downward facing side are also excellent and the ceiling facing side is OK. this fan is light kit adaptable though one is not provided.
With the purchase of this unit you will receive the following: a complete motor assembly, mounting hardware, a full set of blades and blade brackets, W-32 wall control, and a printed out instruction sheet on ho to operate the control and all integrated features.
