Vintage Gold Table Top Lighter with 3 Angels, cherubs

Vintage Gold Table Top Lighter with 3 Angels, cherubs.These cute little cherubic figures holding a lighter ,in gold gilt and heavy.
It appears to be from a lead-based / white metal cast as evident from small areas where the gold gilt has worn off. One foot on a cherub has a ‘chip’ which exposes the figural metal composition. Some paint loss and scratches. The bass might be a bit bent but not sure if it was made that way. See photo
The lighter needs fluid and possible flint, no spark and we have not tried to make it work. SN3
