Alpaca Silver is not sterling but is an alloy of nickel, copper, zinc and iron. Alpaca Silver does not tarnish, rust, or 'turn' another color with time or wear. It is typically used by jewelry artisans in PERU where it is used to create traditional, hand made pieces.

Earrings Have Loop Top With A Wire Closure, With Levels Of Serpentine Twisted Silver Wire Hand Connected By Small Silver Circle Hoops.
There Are 3 Rows Of Lightweight Bamboo Pieces [In The Shape Of Cylindrical Pipes] Which Are Natural Color But Have Been Burned At Each Cut End For A Dark Brown Effect
Bottom Half Of Earrings Have Small Silver Twist Pieces Hanging From The Bamboo
Size Approx. 3.75"Long from top hanging loop to tip of earring, .75"Wide at widest point

No damage, no splits to bamboo or missing pieces or missing silver wire links. No bent or misshapen pieces.
These earrings are a matte colored silver finish because they are meant to be 'natural' and not blindingly shiny silver. They have a great vintage look to them and are super-clean and ready to wear.
Nice and lightweight, so even though they are a long earring they will not weigh or pull down on your ears.
Would look feminine and lovely with any style outfit, very exotic Boho chic.
