Vintage Lot 3 Baby Toddler Girl Bonnet red gingham eyelet crochet
Here is a group of 3 vintage pre-owned toddler girl size bonnets or hats. The gingham and eyelet bonnets are cotton or cotton-blend cloth and one bonnet is crocheted.
I have placed a ruler in some pictures for size reference.
Used clean condition, with light wear and aging overall. I did not wash or iron these bonnets. I note some defects that I noticed but could have overlooked some other defect. No musty or smoke odor.
- Red & white gingham bonnet with wide stiff brim with white lace trim, white cloth lining. Back crown opening has white cloth piping trim and a single white plastic button with thread or elastic loop closure. Ivory ribbon chin strap (not cut into ties). The brim has been flattened / folded in storage. The ribbon has aging, wrinkling, and several pinholes and frays.
- White eyelet bonnet with wide brim, lined. The brim is two layers of eyelet with the cloth lining in between. Lace trim inside along the brim seam. Folded pink ribbon trim and ties (one length of ribbon). Some fraying at the ribbon ends.
- Ivory crochet bonnet or cap with self chin strap with single mother-of-pearl button closure. Yarn is probably acrylic type and has a shiny thread woven through the yarn. There is some age tanning, darker along the chin strap. A few pulled yarn loops and a loose yarn end at the back seam. The button dangles loosely.
