Vintage 13" 100% REAL HORSE HAIR Wallpaper Paste Brush  or perhaps a drafting brush.  This is a family item and we had DIY'ers and engineers in the family over the years.  Not sure how it was originally used.  I added it to my collection years ago as I really love quality made tools and this is one such thing.  Real Horse hair put into a solid wood handle.  It is a nice weight and feel to it.  hard to find quality made items like this these days and so many things are made to be disposable.  This was made to be kept for generations....and it has been.  My collection has outgrown it's space and so I am selling lots of vintage items.  Please have a look at my other auctions too.
