The one major problem with the process is the deep cuts into the wall surface when the paperhanger cuts through the two layers of material when making up the seam. The sharp blades that are used cut deep into the wall surface breaking layers of paint, sheetrock paper and plaster substrate. Over a short period of time seams have a tendency of busting open that requires callbacks for repairs and job liability. Give a 100ft. roll a test on your next installation.
