New in box. Strings are still one loop and will need to be cut. There is one very teeny speck on the left side of the bonnet, toward the back, but not too noticeable. Very beautiful bonnet that has been kept in this box, and the box has turned a yellowish and was probably once clear. Made in New Hampshire, United States. USA Seller, ships from the Midwest. Smoke-free & Pet-free home. DOLL NOT INCLUDED.
